At AVL Edibles, your satisfaction matters as much as our craftsmanship. Every product is made with premium, all-natural ingredients and tested for purity, safety, and consistency.

Because our products are consumable, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — and for the safety of all customers — all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.

We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened consumable items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at home@avledibles.com.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
After review, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

A replacement item of equal value
A store credit for future purchases
A refund, at our discretion

We strive to make sure every issue is handled fairly and promptly.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before contacting us.

AVL Edibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery confirmation. However, we’ll do our best to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at home@avledibles.com.

Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the sale is considered final.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

While we can’t resell or restock returned consumables, we believe in keeping our customers happy.
