Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.

Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please note: During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location and order size.

Shipping Restrictions
AVL Edibles complies with all applicable federal and state laws. Some products containing cannabinoids may be restricted or unavailable for shipment to certain states or local jurisdictions.
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to a legal or logistical restriction, our team will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
If your order appears delayed, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, our support team will gladly assist.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
AVL Edibles is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We’ll evaluate each case and make it right whenever possible.
Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
